Roasted Woodforest LLC is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Barista. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $8 to $9.50 per hour plus tips, along with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

**Job Overview:**

As an Assistant Barista, you will work closely with our experienced baristas to provide exceptional customer service and create delicious coffee beverages for our customers. You will assist with preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at our cafe.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company standards

- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe

- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately

- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries

- Assist with restocking inventory and supplies as needed

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in food service and/or coffee shops preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting

- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
