Customer Service Intake Specialist

Description

We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented Intake Specialists to join our firm! Your voice will be the first people hear from our firm, so we need someone with a pleasant and respectful tone who can also let our client's know they are in caring and qualified hands. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling the intake call, collecting client information, gathering evidence, evaluating cases, and more!

Duties:

- Greet and assist clients as they arrive for appointments

- Collect and verify information, insurance details, and medical history

- Enter client data accurately into electronic cloud-based system

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients

- Send clients text communications and signup documents during their intake

- Help relay incoming calls to proper firm personnel

- Help coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers

Experience:

- Previous experience in intake role or case management process is preferred

- Growing knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience handling medical records and ensuring accuracy
