Job Summary

Preschool workers provide care and age-appropriate activities for the pre-school age children of our faculty and staff (ages 0-3). Our goal for preschool classrooms is to provide care with a focus on learning, preparing children for the next stages in their growth and development.

What is needed to work at RECA?

Because we desire high-quality, Christ-centered educators, we have a few important requirements for all prospective teachers, staff, and administrators:

• All applicants must affirm and support our Statements of Primary Beliefs.
• Preschool Worker Requirements:
• Early Education training and/or experience preferred (but not required)
• Physical ability to perform all essential job functions (i.e. lifting children, etc.)
