**Job Title: Live Chat Agent (Intern)**

**Job Overview:**

Are you a quick thinker with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others and providing top-notch customer service? River City Science Academy is seeking a motivated Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in real-time through our online chat platform. This is a remote internship position with flexible hours.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat

- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues

- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

**Requirements:**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in typing and computer navigation

- Previous customer service experience is a plus

**Salary Range:**

$20 to $35 per hour
