Project Coordinator – RITFIT SPORTS Showroom

Location: Chino Hills, CA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support retail sales operations and serve as a backup sales associate during peak periods, with Saturday coverage being a core requirement
  • Produce photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms, including product showcases, event recaps, and short-form reels
  • Assist with the planning and execution of RITFIT events, including logistics, setup, on-site operations, and teardown
  • Set up marketing displays, product booths, and physical brand installations both in the showroom and at off-site or HQ-supported locations
  • Represent RITFIT as a brand ambassador in the community, attending local events and identifying new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Co-host TikTok Live sessions and assist with live product demonstrations and interactive brand activations
  • Demonstrate fitness equipment to customers and event attendees in an engaging and educational manner
  • Support RITFIT's community outreach programs, including donation initiatives and charitable events
  • Assist with warehousing and logistics operations as the company expands its showroom footprint, including receiving inventory, processing returns, organizing and managing stock, assembling open-box and refurbished units for resale, and supporting fulfillment operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal systems and workflows as new operational functions are established
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and platform best practices
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business priorities shift and the company grows


Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Comfort and confidence on camera, including live video formats
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday; Saturday availability is required
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment, set up displays, demonstrate products, and assist with warehouse and event logistics
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision
  • Team-oriented with a professional, positive, and highly adaptable attitude
  • Full-time commitment to RITFIT as your primary place of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in marketing, communications, event coordination, or brand management
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment, personal training, or the sports and wellness industry
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools and content scheduling platforms
  • Background in fitness, athletics, or personal training — certification a plus
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or fulfillment operations
  • Previous experience as a brand ambassador, community outreach representative, or event coordinator
  • Passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for trade shows, exhibitions, or HQ-supported events

Salary
