Description
We're looking for someone who can lead our front-of-house team with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Rita's reputation as a prime dining destination on the River Walk. Position: Front of House Manager
Salary: Starting at $55,000.
Hours: 50-60 hours per week during high volume seasons, 40-50 hours off-season

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of labor control and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
- Proficient in inventory management practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Flexibility in work hours to adapt to the demands of the business.
- Proficient or knowledgeable in Staff Training
- ServSafe Management Certification
- TABC Certification
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. etc.)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
BOH experience is beneficial but not required.
Salary
$55,000 - $55,000 per year
