Bussers at Rita’s help keep service running efficiently by working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep tables and common areas clean and guest-ready. With our high volume and fast pace, bussers are essential to delivering the great River Walk experience we’re known for.
Description
As a Busser at Rita’s on the River, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in creating a smooth, clean, and welcoming dining experience. You’ll support the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a tidy restaurant, and helping ensure our guests feel taken care of from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
- Keep dining areas, patios, and service stations clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and chairs throughout the shift
- Dispose of trash and dirty dishware responsibly
- Communicate effectively with FOH team and managers
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to stay active and move quickly for long periods
- Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
- Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Compensation & Benefits:
