As a Busser at Rita’s on the River, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in creating a smooth, clean, and welcoming dining experience. You’ll support the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a tidy restaurant, and helping ensure our guests feel taken care of from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Keep dining areas, patios, and service stations clean and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and chairs throughout the shift
• Dispose of trash and dirty dishware responsibly
• Communicate effectively with FOH team and managers

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to stay active and move quickly for long periods
• Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
• Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Compensation & Benefits:
