The trick with this position will be your ability to intake complex business requirements and translate them into an intuitive step-by-step experience for the end user. All in an industry where you likely have no experience. That is a tall order, but we’ve got your back. The User Experience Designer must be a self-starter, demonstrate a proven track record of grit, versatility, professionalism, and willingness to take on any duties that support the growth of the organization.
