The Rising Tide HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for a portfolio of clients across various industries. The role will work closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure the acquisition of top talent. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, the ability to design and implement a recruiting strategy for small business, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.


What Leads To The Success Of This Position:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified candidates from diverse channels.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various clients.
  • Ability to leverage cutting-edge ATS and HR systems to optimize recruitment efforts and streamline the hiring process. Also, with the ability to manage a recruiting cycle without these tools, utilizing Indeed as a primary source of candidate acquisition. 
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to gain insight into their hiring needs and company culture. This includes working with our HR Business Partner team and their diverse client portfolios. 
  • Provide recruitment consultation to clients on best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client-specific guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview and hiring experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to measure effectiveness.
  • Support the candidate onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.


Success Indicators & Metrics:


  • Time to fill - Reduced time-to-fill without sacrificing candidate fit.
  • Quality of hire - Effectiveness of sourcing high-quality candidates who succeed in their role over the first 6-12 months.
  • Offer acceptance rate - a high acceptance rate reflects your ability to match candidates’ expectations with the company’s offer and improve closing efficiency.
  • Source of hire - utilizing the best channels for strategically sourcing top talent and optimizing the future recruitment needs of our clients.
  • Candidate and client experience - Positively impact these important parties' experience to help attract top talent to their brand.


Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in working with advanced ATS and HR systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
  • Experience hiring across different industries and at all levels from entry level to C-Suite positions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance and make data-driven recommendations.
