Description

About Rise

Our mission is to help adults take control of their health through strength, movement quality, and healthy habits.

We believe fitness is about stewardship and a vehicle for a better life. Our mission isn't centered on appearance – it's centered on helping people become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined so they can show up at their best for the people in their lives.

Through fitness and healthy habits, we help people build the self-mastery and confidence needed to lead their families, excel in their work, serve their communities well, and grow into the people they were created to be.

We're looking for people who live that mission every day. People who love others, serve first, and genuinely care. Someone who brings energy into every room they walk into. Someone who gets fired up helping others win. And someone who is excited to learn, grow, and be pushed.

Expectations

Love, Serve, Care

People are not numbers, memberships, or revenue. We exist to improve lives, and every decision should be made through the lens of helping our members.

Bring Energy

Energy is contagious. We expect you to bring enthusiasm, positivity, and effort every workout session. Your attitude affects the team, the members, and the culture of Rise.

Own It

If something needs to be done, do it. Don't wait, don't point fingers, don't make excuses. Take ownership and find solutions.

Hold the Standard

The best coaches care enough to tell the truth and challenge them when necessary. True kindness is holding people accountable.

Be Humble and Coachable

The best coaches are constantly learning, seeking feedback, and looking for ways to improve. We value growth over ego.

Do the Little Things

The small things matter. Returning phone calls, remembering birthdays, and putting equipment back where it belongs are little details that carry a lot of weight when combined over time.

Be a Team Player

We believe that no task is beneath anyone. Whether it’s making calls, writing letters, cleaning equipment, or helping with events – we all pitch in and do what is needed.

Lead From the Front

People will do what you do far more often than what you say. Model professionalism, discipline, positivity, accountability, and work ethic every day.

Protect the Culture

Culture is built daily and lost quickly. Every team member has a responsibility to protect what makes Rise special.

Never Stop Growing

Develop yourself so you can better develop others. Read books, attend workshops, seek mentorship, and learn from mistakes.
