Description

Rise Counseling Group, a Social Justice focused private practice in Dayton, is looking for a full time Associate Clinical Director to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide long-term, insight-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups as well as provide clinical support and oversight to our wonderful team.


Associate director must be passionate about working with women of color and providing care focusing on women's issues. Previous training and development in areas of cultural awareness and social justice are required and associate director must be committed to providing culturally appropriate services as well as guiding the team to do so as well. They will also have a strong desire to focus on issues of intersectionality; specifically race and gender and their role in clients' depression and anxiety. EMDR, group facilitation, and previous clinical leadership experience are a plus.


Rise Counseling Group will provide referrals, training, and support. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. Candidate must also be dependable for client care and staff support.

Qualifications

  • LISW-S in the State of Ohio
  • 2+ years of clinical supervision experience
  • 5+ years of therapeutic experience, private practice/ inpatient, community mental health
  • Ability to effectively direct/lead clinical/direct service staff to support the clinical operations of the agency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with a team of professionals
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Suite applications
  • Basic working knowledge of Trello for project management



Duties: 

  • Supervise a team of private practice therapists and ensure that they are meeting the needs of the clients 
  • Provide clinical/ licensure supervision on a weekly basis to LSWs on staff
  • Support and follow efforts of MFTs/ LPCs in clinical/licensure supervision 
  • Facilitate groups (if needed), and provide individual, couples, or family therapy (12 client-facing hours per week max)
  • Complete monthly clinical audits and reports for staff
  • Support new therapist onboarding efforts
  • Assist with hiring and annual/ probationary performance reviews
  • Ensures all clinical documentation is current and appropriately reflects services performed
  • ensure compliance with productivity requirements, and review identified supervisee issues slated for discussion in individual supervision
  • Actively participates in the complaint resolution process
  • Attend weekly meetings with the director
  • Attend bi-weekly staff meeting 
  • Other duties as assigned


Salary

$65,000 - $70,000 per year
