Duties:
- Deliver individualized behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders across various settings, including home, center, and community environments.
- Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior, ensuring proper documentation for program evaluation and adjustment.
- Maintain detailed, timely treatment notes and reports, adhering to clinical and professional standards.
- Follow the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
- Actively participate in team meetings to review client progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and support program development.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients, promoting engagement and skill development.
- Support team members with collaboration and encouragement to ensure optimal client outcomes.
