We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children diagnosed Autism with behavioral challenges and promoting positive change through therapy. They will assist clients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.

Description

Duties:


  • Deliver individualized behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders across various settings, including home, center, and community environments.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior, ensuring proper documentation for program evaluation and adjustment.
  • Maintain detailed, timely treatment notes and reports, adhering to clinical and professional standards.
  • Follow the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to review client progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and support program development.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients, promoting engagement and skill development.
  • Support team members with collaboration and encouragement to ensure optimal client outcomes.
