RISCPoint Advisory Group Senior Project Manager Remote · Full time

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity compliance engagements across frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST. We are seeking project leaders who own objectives and outcomes, not just timelines and task lists. In this role you will be the connective tissue between clients,, firm leadership and internal delivery teams—keeping engagements on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement Ownership: Lead multiple concurrent compliance engagements from kickoff through completion, taking full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

• Project Planning & Execution: Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; proactively identify risks and dependencies and drive them to resolution before they impact delivery.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Orchestrate the work of consultants, engineers, and subject-matter experts, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time and that hand-offs are seamless.

• Process & Standards Development: Help to define and refine how we run engagements—templates, playbooks, cadences, and tooling that make delivery faster, more consistent, and more scalable.

• Status Reporting & Communication: Produce clear, concise reporting for both client and internal audiences, translating technical compliance details into business-relevant updates for executives and practitioners alike.

• Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate obstacles, surface issues early, and lead mitigation efforts that keep engagements audit-ready and on track.

• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, gather client feedback, and feed insights back into the practice to continuously raise the quality bar.


Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading professional services, consulting, or compliance engagements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent).

• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


Preferred Attributes

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Direct experience managing professional service or consulting engagements as a project manager or engagement lead..

• Experience building out delivery processes, templates, and standards on an early-stage or rapidly scaling team.
