Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls
• Maintain contact with potential house sellers
• Use sales techniques to determine need for seller and discuss benefits
• Make appointments for clients
• Gather pertinent information which might lead to a house purchase
• Build rapport/trust with each potential seller
• Work directly with clients
• Discuss sellers and possible approaches for seller conversations
• Discuss methods for keeping clients database organized
• Keep outbound follow up calls up-to-date
• Send weekly summary reports on client’s account
• Notify client of appointments made and keep calendar up-to-date
