Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls
- Maintain contact with potential house sellers
- Use sales techniques to determine need for seller and discuss benefits
- Make appointments for customers
- Gather pertinent information which might lead to a house purchase
- Build rapport/trust with each potential seller
- Work directly with customers
- Discuss sellers and possible approaches for seller conversations
- Discuss methods for keeping customer database organized
- Keep outbound follow up calls up-to-date
- Send weekly summary reports on customer’s account
- Notify customer of appointments made and keep calendar up-to-date
