Pay: $18–$21 per hour, based on professional cleaning experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 8:15 AM when assigned to drive a company vehicle; 8:30 AM when not driving
End Time: End times vary based on the daily cleaning schedule, customer needs, travel time, and business needs. Employees must be available to complete their assigned work for the day.

- About the Role
- The Maids of San Diego is hiring experienced cleaners to join our residential and commercial cleaning teams.
- This is a hands-on cleaning position. You will work as part of a professional team and follow our cleaning systems, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- You may drive a company vehicle during the workday as required and will use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
What You'll Do
- Professionally clean residential and commercial properties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces
- Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces
- Follow established cleaning systems and quality standards
- Work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace throughout the day
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from the Team Leader
- Properly use and care for company cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure equipment and supplies are collected before leaving each property
- Immediately report damage, safety concerns, or customer issues
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers
- Drive a company vehicle during the workday when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Must be willing and able to drive a company vehicle when assigned
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work at a fast and consistent pace
- Able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers
- Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position. You must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning movements
- Lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- Use a backpack vacuum and other professional cleaning equipment
- Move throughout multiple homes or commercial properties during the workday
- Perform cleaning duties for extended periods
