Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (invoicing, payment tracking, vendor bills)
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks (required)
  • Support customer communications: emails, inquiries, follow-ups, and basic scheduling
  • Document projects, service calls, and internal business processes
  • Order office and project supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Organize job folders, proposals, service reports, and closeout documentation
  • Track open invoices, POs, and job/admin tasks to ensure follow-through


Requirements

  • QuickBooks + bookkeeping knowledge (must-have)
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (email, documents, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally


Nice to Have

  • Experience in security, low-voltage, construction, or service-based operations
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor portals, and inventory tracking


Salary

$22 - $25 per hour
