Job Description

RideToo is seeking reliable, compassionate, and safety-minded drivers to join our growing team in South Metro Denver, Colorado. As a RideToo Driver, you’ll provide door-through-door transportation to older adults and individuals with disabilities using our company-owned, wheelchair-accessible vehicles. You’ll play a vital role in helping our passengers live more independent, connected lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation using ADA-compliant vehicles
• Assist passengers with mobility devices including wheelchairs and walkers
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain clean, well-presented vehicles inside and out
• Communicate with dispatch and follow schedules via mobile device
• Accurately document trip logs and incidents, as required
• Wear a clean, professional uniform and represent RideToo with pride

Driver Schedule

• Full-time: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Regular routes with opportunities for consistent rider assignments (e.g., dialysis patients)
• Occasional night and weekend opportunities to earn

Requirements

• 23+ years of age
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Must pass criminal background check and DOT drug screen
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or maneuver equipment and assist with passenger boarding involving weights of up to 70 lbs, occasionally with mechanical assistance or as part of a team lift. 
• Willingness to complete paid training in wheelchair securement, first aid/CPR, defensive driving and customer assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Skills & Traits

• Experience in caregiving, NEMT, paratransit, delivery, or rideshare is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic demeanor
• Punctual, dependable, and comfortable using mobile apps and GPS
• Interest in career advancement (trainer, shift supervisor, EMT track)
