Responsibilities:

• Curate musical playlists based on our studio's unique class format
• Cycle class instruction: lead a group of riders (up to 30) through 45, 60, and 30 minute class formats while modifying instruction to fit our inclusive community; members of all levels of athleticism
• Follow our best practices as outlined in the Training Manual and from management
• Use social media, among other platforms, as means to promote your individual classes and the studio
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to each class
• Provide studio support including, but not limited to, customer check-in process, light cleaning, and laundry
• Making sure all riders receive proper attention and introduction to both the studio and the requirements for class
• Instruction and recording of our live streaming/on-demand studio content
• Participation with company events, marketing, and photoshoots

Requirements: 

• Must have passion for health, wellness and fitness
• Must be able to hear and ride the beat
• Must be friendly, outgoing and personable 
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have good working knowledge over the principles of physical fitness and overall health & wellness
• Must be available for mixture of early morning, evening, and weekend shifts (including holidays)
• 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred but not required
