Vice President of Sales 

Location: Global / Remote 

Compensation: Competitive package (base/variable split) uncapped  + stock options

The Opportunity 

This role owns global revenue growth and is accountable for scaling the business with Rule of 40 discipline—balancing growth, profitability, and operational excellence. 

 

What You'll Do 

Own Global Revenue Performance 

Drive revenue across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, leading a distributed sales team. 

Lead Through Direct Engagement 

Participate actively in customer meetings, co-sell with strategic partners, coach sales representatives, and close enterprise deals personally. 

Scale the Sales Organization 

Recruit, develop, and expand the global sales team in alignment with business growth objectives. 

Drive Strategic Partnerships 

Collaborate closely with partners to execute joint go-to-market strategies. 

Maintain Operational Rigor 

Deliver accurate forecasts, manage pipeline with discipline, and drive sustainable growth aligned to Rule of 40 performance metrics. 

Set Organizational Standards 

Establish a culture of urgency, accountability, and mutual respect across customer and internal relationships.

  • Proven enterprise sales leader with a track record of field-level execution and results
