We are hiring a Sales Engineer to join our growing EMEA pre-sales team. You will partner closely with account executives and our regional GM to drive technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle with deep SAP and security expertise.

This is an individual contributor role for a technically strong engineer who is ready to engage directly with enterprise customers and grow commercially. Experience range: 3–5 years.


What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer SAP landscapes, security posture, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of PowerConnect and the RHONDOS platform to both technical and executive audiences
  • Develop and present proof-of-concept engagements, architecture proposals, and technical responses to RFPs
  • Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle as the primary technical voice
  • Translate customer requirements into solution designs that map to RHONDOS capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer IT, security, and SAP Basis teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services on smooth post-close handoffs

What You Bring

Required


  • 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or SAP consulting role
  • Solid SAP functional knowledge — experience with SAP security (roles, authorizations, GRC) is a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles alongside account executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages a plus
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel

Bonus Points


  • Hands-on experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC, or SAP Identity Management
  • Familiarity with SIEM platforms, security observability, or threat detection tools
  • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring and analytics platforms
  • Exposure to cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, or NIST

  • Base Salary: €65,000 annually
  • Variable/Commission: Up to €35,000 tied to quota attainment
