The Opportunity

RHONDOS is the recognized leader in SAP security and observability — trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises to secure and monitor their most mission-critical systems. Our PowerConnect platform and SAP Zero Trust Framework are redefining how the world's largest organizations approach SAP security. We partner with Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic to deliver outcomes that matter at enterprise scale.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of a technically dominant product, a globally expanding partner ecosystem, and a category that is heating up fast. You'll report directly to the CEO, operate with full budget authority, and build the marketing function that takes RHONDOS to its next level of market leadership.

What You'll Own

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Define and own RHONDOS's voice, narrative, and market position across all channels
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Drive category-level awareness in the SAP security and observability space


Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build co-marketing programs with Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic
  • Create enablement materials that make partners better at selling RHONDOS
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies that expand reach and accelerate close rates


Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Own inbound and outbound demand generation programs end-to-end
  • Build and optimize the full funnel — from awareness through qualified pipeline
  • Align closely with Sales on ICP, messaging, and conversion strategy


Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and publish content that establishes RHONDOS as the authoritative voice in SAP security
  • Leverage AI tooling to increase content velocity and quality simultaneously
  • Build a library of technical and business-level content that works across the full buyer journey


Team & Budget Leadership

  • Manage the marketing budget with full accountability for spend and ROI
  • Build and develop the marketing team as the function scales
  • Operate as a working leader — this role executes, not just directs


Who You Are

You've built marketing functions before — or built large parts of one — and you know what it takes to create awareness, generate pipeline, and close the loop on revenue impact. You understand enterprise B2B buyers, complex sales cycles, and technical products.

You're not waiting to be told what to do. You see the gap between where a company is positioned and where it could be, and you build toward it. You're already using AI as a core tool in your workflow — not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier.


Required:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in enterprise or technical markets
  • Experience building and running demand generation programs
  • Partner or channel marketing experience
  • Strong written communication — clarity, voice, and punch
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
  • Local to the Camas/Vancouver/Portland metro area

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SAP ecosystem, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to scale marketing output
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM/MAP platforms
  • Experience marketing through channel partners (Splunk, Cisco, or similar)
  • Category creation or re-positioning experience
