About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is the front line of the customer experience at Rhino. You are the first voice customers hear and the steady point of contact who keeps them informed from their first call through the completion of their project. This role keeps our customers confident, our communication tight, and our jobs moving smoothly between Sales, Production, and the office.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries using HotProspectors, making sure every lead and question is captured and responded to quickly.
- Schedule and confirm appointments through GoHighLevel, including inspections, adjuster meetings, and production starts.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their job, reaching out proactively at key milestones so they are never left wondering.
- Log every interaction accurately in JobNimbus so the rest of the team has a clean, current record.
- Resolve routine customer questions on first contact and escalate complex issues to the right team member.
- Coordinate with the Project Management and Production teams to pull accurate, up-to-date job information.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, call center, or front-office experience, ideally in construction, home services, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a CRM and learning new software tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Able to stay calm, warm, and professional, even with frustrated or anxious customers.
Desired Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with HotProspectors, GoHighLevel, or JobNimbus.
- Familiarity with the roofing, construction, or insurance restoration process.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine drive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
