Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

RHFH Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting throughout Orange County.

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Anaheim

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Santa Ana (Rosie House)

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Orange

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Preferred: Candidates who can drive clients to and from community activities and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Assist residents with meals and personal care
• Administer and document medications as directed
• Support residents with recreational and community activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive home environment
• Follow Resident Care Standards and company policies
• Interact with residents in a respectful, caring, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and physical examination
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral health, or residential services is a plus, but we will train the right candidates
