Description

RGT Consultants is expanding our Professional Services training bench to support growing demand for expert-led, hands-on technical training across the Google ecosystem. Our training experiences are practical, high-engagement, and designed to help IT teams confidently administer and support Google environments. 

This role is for experienced trainers who can deliver polished, instructor-led sessions, facilitate labs, and represent our organization with professionalism in client-facing settings.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver live, instructor-led technical training sessions in professional environments
  • Facilitate hands-on labs, guided exercises, and interactive learning activities
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable instruction
  • Field real-time technical questions and maintain control of the classroom experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on session readiness and delivery alignment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and learner experience
  • Maintain required certifications and stay current on relevant platform updates

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of professional training delivery experience (technical training strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead live sessions with confidence, clarity, and strong pacing
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • High reliability: prepared, on-time, and consistent in delivery quality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments, learner needs, and session variables
  • Ability to travel for assigned events (mandatory)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Professional ChromeOS Administrator (ChromeOS Professional IT Admin) Certification 
  • Experience with ChromeOS and/or Google Workspace administration concepts 
  • Background supporting IT environments (technical training experience is a plus)
