Revive Therapeutic Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing comprehensive care for individuals with mental health and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new patients
• Provide medication management and monitoring
• Provide individualized treatment plans to facilitate each patient's unique path towards mental
• wellness
• Collaborating with other providers in the organization to provide interdisciplinary care
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide the highest quality of care
• Maintain proper medical documentation, documentation of patient care, progress, and
• outcomes
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and
• treatment options

Requirements:

• Current and active Nurse Practitioner license and Controlled Substance license to practice in
• the state of Rhode Island
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• 2-5 years of experience in psychiatric care and medication management
• Excellent patient management and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with EMR platforms and computer skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Dedication to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
