Position Details

RocketCup Coffee Team Member

There are multiple roles at RocketCup.

Barista/Kitchen Staff: This role helps create outstanding café experiences by crafting high-quality drinks, preparing food, assisting with inventory, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal person is a team player with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bartender: Do you enjoy creating great experiences for people—whether that’s crafting the perfect cocktail, pouring a local craft beer, or welcoming someone visiting Cattaraugus for the first time? If you take pride in genuine hospitality, positive energy, and making guests feel at home, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Coffee Roasting / Packaging: Do you enjoy working with your hands, creating something meaningful, and sharing it with others? From roasting and packaging specialty coffee to guiding tasting tours and welcoming visitors to Cattaraugus, this role helps turn great coffee into a memorable experience.

Shifts: Full-time and part-time available, including alternating shifts and weekends

Café Hours

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Speakeasy Hours:

TBD - 10pm

Roastery Hours:

TBD

Compensation

Hourly Rate: Starts at $15 plus tips

• Helping manage inventory and restocking supplies

• Pitching in wherever needed to support the team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Food service experience recommended
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in coffee
• Motivation to learn and grow within RocketCup Coffee’s methods and standards
• Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility
