We're building an AI-native revenue engine for B2B sales teams. Instead of handing reps more data, we work out which accounts matter, why now, and how to get in, and deliver that as an answer. The engineering team is split between Vancouver and SF.
The role
Own the signals engine that tells reps when something meaningful changes at an account: a key contact leaves, a new exec is hired, hiring patterns shift, a new AI or infrastructure initiative kicks off.
Build a timestamped picture of each organization over time and decide which changes are worth a rep's attention, with a strong bias for quality over volume.
What we're looking for
Strong backend and data engineering skills, comfortable pulling in third-party data sources and using LLMs to classify and filter noisy data at scale.
People who want to own a whole area end to end and ship, and are excited by early-stage ownership.
Location
Based in Vancouver (preferred) or San Francisco. We get together in person every week.
