Rev’d PDX is looking for a Sales and Experience Manager to lead front desk operations and build out a sales structure focused on member retention, utilization, and first-timer conversion. This is a part-time, hands-on leadership role with room to grow as the studio grows.

Job Summary

The Rev’d Sales and Experience Manager is responsible for leading the athlete experience, front desk oversight, performance reporting, and local growth initiatives. This role blends hands-on in-studio leadership with operational execution and revenue-driving outreach. 


The Sales and Experience Manager serves as the operational anchor of the studio maintaining athlete experience standards, supporting front desk performance, driving membership and package sales, and executing consistent reporting to ownership. 


This role includes structured front desk coverage, membership growth, and proactive business development responsibilities. 


Essential Job Functions 

1. In-Studio Front Desk Leadership Coverage 

  • Coverage for 3-4 studio shifts per week. 
  • 20 hours/week to start, with opportunity to grow 

3. Reporting Responsibilities 

  • Prepare weekly studio performance reports including utilization, revenue breakdown, and membership growth. 

5. Athlete Experience + Sales Leadership 

  • Lead by example during desk shifts and elevate conversion conversations. 
  • Maintain consistent athlete communication and retention focus. 

6. Studio Operations + Performance Accountability 

  • Maintain oversight of front desk scheduling efficiency. 
  • Handle and maintain studio communications with athletes (email + phone). 
  • Support supply ordering and equipment maintenance scheduling. 
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and operational readiness. 
  • Oversee scheduling, vendor coordination, reporting preparation, and sales performance review. 
  • Process payroll.
  • Keep teams up to date with communication on studio operations, events, and growth metrics. Hold and facilitate team meetings when necessary (quarterly).
  • 1 full day per week of in-person local business outreach. 
  • 1–2 outside pop-up events per month.

Direct deposit required. Signed W2 and payroll documentation required prior to start. 


Compensation 

• Base pay + commission. Base pay to be determined by operating partner based off candidate's experience. 

Commission on membership sales: 5% on standard memberships, 8% on unlimited tiers ($149, $229, $269) 

Compensation reviewed at 6 months and 1 year
