Front Desk Operations Team | Rev'd Navy Yard

Front Desk Team Members play a vital role in delivering the Rev'd experience. As the first point of contact for our athletes, you help set the tone for each session through exceptional customer service, connection-building, and strong operational support. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy contributing to a positive team culture.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Check in athletes at the front desk with a welcoming and professional demeanor 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and check-in area 
  • Manage and upkeep rental equipment (e.g., shoes, towels, cycling accessories) 
  • Restock studio essentials as needed 
  • Support the overall flow of studio operations during training sessions 
  • Communicate and escalate issues to studio managers or supervisors in a timely manner 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized 
  • Personable, friendly, and comfortable working in a reception environment 
  • Strong verbal communication skills 
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to support teammates 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting 
  • Passion for fitness and enthusiasm for the Rev’d brand (preferred) 
  • Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not required) 

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to lift light to moderate items as needed (restocking, equipment, etc.) 

Work Environment 

  • Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere 

Job Type 

  • Part-Time
  • Shifts are based on the studio’s training schedule 
  • Typical shift length ranges from 1.5–4.5 hours
