Welcome to Retina Institute of Arizona, a brand new ophthalmology practice in Gilbert AZ! Our front desk staff will be responsible for providing professional and compassionate customer service while supporting the daily administrative operations of the practice. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, check-in and check-out processes, answering phones, verifying demographic and insurance information, collecting copays and required documentation, coordinating patient communication, maintaining accurate records within the electronic health record system, and helping ensure an efficient, organized, and welcoming patient experience. You will be expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication while supporting physicians, technicians, and fellow team members in a fast-paced clinical environment.
