RETHINK Retail is the leading community and intelligence platform for the retail industry. We partner with leading technology companies to create value-aligned programming that educates and empowers retail executives- through sponsored research, branded content, video series, webinars, newsletter sponsorships, event partnerships, and custom campaigns. RETHINK Retail is looking for a Sales Director to build and lead our project sales function. This is a player-coach role: you’ll carry a personal quota while recruiting, developing, and managing a small team of Account Executives. You’ll own the full sales cycle for sponsorships, branded content programs, event packages, and one-off project sales—working alongside our Client Advisory team, which manages long-term MAP retainer relationships separately. This role reports directly to the CEO. This is a new position at RETHINK Retail, which means you’re not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it. This role requires approximately one trip per month to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and company events
