The Client Advisory Manager supports the Director, Client Advisory, in executing go-to-market strategies and delivering high-quality client engagements across a portfolio of key accounts. You will serve as the operational backbone of client partnerships - owning project management, task execution, and day-to-day client coordination to ensure strategies are delivered on time and with impact. Core areas of impact include: Executing against retail market positioning strategies and client roadmaps defined by the Director Managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across client engagements Supporting the development of thought leadership and executive visibility initiatives Tracking and reporting on client program performance and authority-to-revenue metrics Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsive follow-through Identifying opportunities to deepen account impact in collaboration with the Director This role sits at the center of RETHINK's platform, working closely with the Director to keep client programs on track and cross-functional teams aligned. The Manager will handle the operational and executional dimensions of a focused portfolio of high-impact accounts, freeing the Director to operate at the strategic level.

You will support the Director in translating retail insight and industry presence into meaningful client outcomes — managing the moving parts that make strategy real.

You will:

  • Support executive positioning workshops and strategy sessions by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and capturing follow-up actions.
  • Manage the execution of 12-month retail authority and visibility roadmaps across content, PR, events, and community workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across RETHINK teams, including Insights & Intelligence, Authority & Editorial, Growth Marketing & PR, Ecosystem & Community, Programming & Events, and Strategic Account Influence.
  • Own project management for client engagements — maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, flagging risks, and driving accountability across internal teams.
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance updates that communicate program progress and impact.
  • Support quarterly alignment meetings with client go-to-market leadership, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking.
  • Monitor authority-to-revenue metrics and compile reporting to demonstrate the value of client programs.
  • Assist in identifying account expansion opportunities and supporting the Director in renewal and growth conversations.
  • Help onboard new clients and support business development efforts as the portfolio grows.
