About Logistics in Retail (LiR)
The Logistics in Retail (LiR) community brings together the operators, innovators, and decision-makers responsible for how retail actually moves.
From inventory planning to last-mile delivery, LiR is focused on the systems, infrastructure, and strategies that power modern commerce. This includes supply chain leaders, fulfillment and operations executives, logistics providers, and the technology companies enabling them.
Through a partnership between RETHINK Retail and the National Retail Federation, LiR delivers year-round programming designed to help leaders navigate the most critical shifts in the space, including:
- Omnichannel fulfillment and distributed inventory models
- Last-mile delivery, returns, and reverse logistics
- Warehouse automation, robotics, and AI-driven operations
- Vendor management, sourcing, and global supply chain resilience
- Cost optimization, speed, and service trade-offs
- The intersection of logistics, customer experience, and profitability
LiR is not theoretical. It is a working forum for the people responsible for execution at scale, creating a space to exchange real-world strategies, benchmark approaches, and shape the future of retail operations together.
