The Property Service Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties for our commercial properties. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, responding to service requests, preparing units for new tenants, and conducting preventative maintenance to prevent costly repairs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and individual units to ensure they meet company standards.

- Prepare and maintain units for new tenants, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly, providing effective solutions to ensure tenant satisfaction.

- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials needed for repairs.

- Collaborate with property managers and external vendors as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities.


Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in commercial property management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Salary
