Resupply is looking for a driven, energetic, team player to help us reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate leads to turn into long-lasting partnerships. We are looking for someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need.

As a BDR at Resupply, you will play a fundamental role in revenue growth through achieving new customer acquisition goals. You will become an expert on our product and service and communicate directly with prospects to build rapport and demonstrate the value of our partnership.

Responsibilities:

As a BDR, your primary responsibilities will be:


  • Prospecting potential non-profit partnerships via phone, email, and social media outreach to get them to a scheduled demo
  • Generating new business opportunities with legacy partners and prospecting within assigned regions to build a pipeline of new qualified leads
  • Using Salesforce to manage your pipeline and follow data hygiene procedures for accurate sales forecasting
  • Following up with prospects with value-add touch points as part of a multi-touch cadence
  • Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover process
  • Meeting and exceeding demo booking and completion quotas

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or recruiter (preferably in the B2B tech space)
  • Experience with cold calling and email outreach
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, confident, driven
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, with a willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to naturally build rapport
