Medical Assistant – Aesthetics & Wellness

The Medical Assistant will provide clinical and administrative support to the Nurse Practitioner and clinical team at Restore & Rejuvenate Hydration. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient patient flow, preparing patients for services, supporting weight-management and wellness programs, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and assist with patient intake and rooming.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, weight, and other appropriate patient information.
  • Perform InBody body composition assessments and accurately document results.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and clean/reset rooms between patients.
  • Assist the Nurse Practitioner during patient visits and procedures as appropriate.
  • Support weight-management visits, including collecting required measurements and preparing patients for provider evaluation.
  • Assist with wellness services and other clinical services within training and permitted scope.
  • Review patient charts to ensure required forms, consents, and documentation are completed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and treatment-plan coordination.
  • Respond professionally to patient questions and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate provider.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of medical supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Receive, organize, and properly store clinical supplies and medications according to practice protocols.
  • Follow infection-prevention, sanitation, sharps-disposal, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical and treatment areas.
  • Assist with patient education using provider-approved materials and instructions.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative and front-office support when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Participate in staff training, meetings, and ongoing education.
  • Perform additional duties consistent with the Medical Assistant role as assigned by the supervising provider or management.

Salary

$18 - $22.5 per hour
