Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Scheduler to join our in-office team. As the first point of contact for Restoration Masters, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming client inquiries, scheduling estimates, and coordinating booked construction and remediation jobs.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Phone Management: Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally, addressing client questions and routing calls appropriately.
- Client Intake: Receive and log new client requests for remediation and construction services.
- Estimate Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for estimators and project managers to book initial site visits.
- Job Scheduling: Maintain master schedules for approved restoration and construction projects, ensuring crews and project leads are dispatched efficiently.
- Customer Communication: Provide clients with prompt updates regarding scheduling, arrival times, and next steps.
- Administrative Support: Keep customer records updated in our system, assist with general office filing, and support office operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of receptionist, customer service, or scheduling experience (experience in construction, restoration, or trades is a plus, but not required).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Organization: Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office/Google Workspace) and comfortable learning company scheduling software.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality for an entirely in-office schedule (Monday through Friday).
Schedule & Benefits
- Work Location: On-site at our main office
- Hours: Monday – Friday (Standard business hours; specific hours to be discussed for Part-Time vs. Full-Time).
- Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 / hour, negotiable based on relevant experience.
- Sick Time: 40 hours of sick time per year.
