Position Summary:
The General Manager will provide leadership and vision to the organization, working closely with the owners to develop long-range strategic plans and annual plans. They will ensure the timely and profitable delivery of services while meeting or exceeding company standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also oversee staffing, training, inventory management, equipment maintenance, record-keeping, and employee relations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives

- Build profitable relationships with customers and partners
