Resilient Mental Health Agency, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor (Fully Licensed Social Worker) to join our team on a part-time basis. **Job Overview: **

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients in a supportive and compassionate manner. You will work with clients to develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.

**Responsibilities: **

- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients

- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Stay current on best practices and developments in the field of mental health counseling

**Requirements: **

- Fully licensed Social Worker in the state of [North Carolina]
