At Resilient Mental Health Agency, LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services with compassion and effectiveness. We are currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and live fulfilling lives.
**Job Overview:**
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to clients. You will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up to date on developments in mental health therapy
**Requirements: **
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in [North Carolina]
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
Salary: $60'00 to $65.00 per hour
