This year we opened our first café at 4401 NW 25th Place in Gainesville. It’s a 3,500 square foot space with a full kitchen and coffee bar, built to match the care and quality behind every roast. The food program reflects our backgrounds and values: Hispanic-influenced, locally sourced when possible, and made with better ingredients and better choices. Position: Dishwasher / Support

Location: Resident Coffee, 4401 NW 25th Pl, Gainesville, FL 32606

We’re looking for someone to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and moving. This role covers dishwashing, bussing, and helping out wherever needed behind the bar or in the kitchen. You’ll work closely with the team to make sure everything’s ready for service and reset for the next rush.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Washing dishes, cookware, and tools

• Keeping dish areas and sinks clean

• Bussing and resetting tables

• Restocking and organizing clean dishware in FOH and BOH

• Helping the kitchen team with light tasks during downtime

• Following health and safety standards

What we’re looking for:

• Focused, reliable, and quick on your feet

• Comfortable working both solo and as part of a team

• Pays attention to the details

• Saturday AND Sunday availability is a must

• $14/hr + pooled BOH tip split
