**Job Overview:**

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Support individuals with meal preparation, medication management, and household chores

- Engage in meaningful activities and outings with residents to promote socialization and community integration

- Document and report on residents' progress and any changes in behavior or health

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor
