About Reset brain plus body llc

We believe that mental health care is not a one-size-fits-all system. Our clients are unique, and so is our approach - it is tailored to support how you process, change, and grow best through a range of integrative specialties.

Description

We're Not Your Average Therapy Practice

Let's be real: the traditional mental health system is broken. Fifty-minute sessions of talk therapy alone aren't enough. Clients deserve more. You deserve more.

At Reset Brain and Body, we're rewriting the rules of mental health care. We were founded by parents who witnessed firsthand that true healing happens when we honor the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. That's not just marketing speak; it's the foundation of everything we do.

We believe in the five pillars of mental wellness: breathe, move, nourish, connect, rest. We believe that trauma lives in the body, that regulation is a skill we can teach, and that creating genuinely safe spaces requires attunement, intention, and a willingness to get playful, creative, and yes, a little unconventional.

Who We're Looking For

At Reset Brain & Body, we believe healing happens in connection, with ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. We're seeking a holistic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create lasting change through whole-person, relationship-centered care.

We're looking for clinicians who understand that meaningful healing extends beyond the story being told. You recognize that lasting transformation often comes from supporting the nervous system alongside traditional therapeutic approaches, and you're passionate about helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change.

You're trauma-informed, naturally attuned to what may be happening beneath the surface, and committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. You stay curious about emerging research in neuroscience, somatic interventions, and evidence-informed approaches because you're dedicated to continually growing as a clinician. Whether your work incorporates mindfulness, movement, breathwork, creative interventions, or simply your authentic presence, you meet clients where they are with empathy and skill.

You also know that being a therapist is deeply rewarding and, at times, challenging. That's why you value collaboration and want to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another. Here, consultation, shared learning, and celebrating each other's successes aren't just ideals; they're part of how we work every day.
