Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community leaders to promote mental health awareness and the services provided by our practice.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community partners and foster ongoing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with community organizations to host educational workshops, seminars, and other outreach events.
Event Coordination & Representation
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, such as mental health awareness campaigns, open houses, or support group meetings.
- Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate the logistics of events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and staffing.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop outreach materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media content, and newsletters.
- Maintain the practice's online presence by sharing community engagement activities and promoting events on social media and other digital platforms.
- Collect and analyze data from outreach activities to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
Education & Advocacy
- Advocate for mental health awareness and reduce stigma through educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate workshops and presentations to educate community members on mental health topics and resources available through the practice.
Administrative Support
- Maintain detailed records of community partnerships, outreach activities, and events.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on outreach efforts and outcomes.
- Assist with grant writing and funding opportunities to support community engagement initiatives, if applicable.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience: Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or a related field is preferred. Experience in mental health care is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
