**Job Overview:**
As a Survey Crew Party Chief, you will be responsible for gathering data and ensuring accuracy in all measurements. This position works with others and sometimes solo, depending on the project. You will work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve on the go.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of surveyors in the field to complete various projects
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment and software
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members

**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience in land surveying industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
