Repset Survey is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to assist in managing land survey projects from intake to draft. As a Project Manager Trainee, you’ll play a critical support role, helping streamline operations and ensure consistent, high-quality CADD deliverables.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Civil 3D drafting skills who’s interested in growing into a broader role with project oversight responsibilities.

🧭 Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial property research (parcel data, easements, county records)
• Populate and organize project folders with client and job-specific documentation
• Draft initial survey drawings and calculations in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Apply Repset Survey drafting standards (templates provided)
• Submit completed work for final QA review by lead surveyor
• Collaborate via phone, email, and shared project folders

✅ Requirements:

• Must reside in the state of Florida
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (active license required)
• Ability to read legal descriptions, plats, and survey data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and under deadline

⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with Central Florida County parcel search systems
• Experience with ALTA, boundary, or topographic survey workflows
