**Job Overview:**

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and more. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers' appliances are functioning properly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose issues with appliances and determine the best course of action for repair

- Repair or replace defective parts in appliances

- Test appliances to ensure proper functioning

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used

- Stay up-to-date on new appliance technologies and repair techniques

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role

- Strong technical and mechanical skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent
