Role Overview
You'll own the mission of growing Repair Ally's individual technician subscriber base. You'll test, learn, and execute across paid and organic channels – and bring your own ideas about what works. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on a real product.
What You’ll Do
- Identify the most effective ways to reach target technicians
- Develop compelling messaging, content, and marketing assets
- Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
- Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI) and iterate based on results
- Develop innovative growth ideas and test them
- Work directly with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy for this segment
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, digital advertising, or content creation
- Strong communication skills and an eye for what resonates with a technician audience
- Analytical, curious, and willing to experiment
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
- Interest in automotive technology, AI, or skilled trades is a plus
