As a founding engineer you’ll get to work with our Technical Cofounder and our design team to build amazing experiences we hope businesses and subscribers will love.
We’re building tools to help subscription B2B, B2C and SAAS companies drive better customer retention and insight into what motivates their customers to stay. Chances are you’re subscribed to a good or service and chances are higher you’ve seen their terrible cancellation workflow and retention pitches. What if there was a way to have the best experience for both the business and the subscriber? The answer is Renumerate and we’re looking for a founding engineer to be part of that journey.
As a founding engineer you’ll get to work with our Technical Cofounder and our design team to build amazing experiences we hope businesses and subscribers will love. We’re partnering Machine Learning/AI to drive incredible automated insights with exceptional designs to give businesses a tool they can’t stop using to experiment and understand their subscribers and to create engaging, simple and intuitive retention workflows. This is an exceptional opportunity for anyone that wants to work across the stack and learn from a prolific founder and passable engineering lead (p.s. Any mix of the following can help shape an amazing candidate, but we know that no role has one single persona set up for success. If you love learning, love building and love to grow and take ownership then you’ll likely be able to have an impact even if you haven’t done all of these. We don’t believe in arbitrary lengths of time experience but we are looking for someone that has had a chance to work in multiple roles, environments and teams.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $225,000 and equity is part of the total package.
